1. How could I get samples?

We can supply some free samples ( total value under10 US dollars) if you have a FedEx, DHL, TNT account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.

If the total value of samples is more than 10 US dollars, we will ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.

2.How much the courier freight will be for the samples?

Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and volume of the samples.

3. How can I get your price list?

Please send us email for our price list and order information.

4. How to place an order?

Please send us your purchase order detail by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:

* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity
* Delivery time required
* Forwarder's contact details

5. What's your usual payment term for orders?

Wire transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account after order confirmation. We don't accept payment by credit card.

6. How can the products be sent to us?

For small quantity or weight less than 100 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For orders from 100 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.

The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).

7. How can we become your sole distributor ?

If you can sell our products USD5,000 to USD20,000 per month, you could be one of our distributor in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD30,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.
